I retook it because it's a photo I really love. It looks like something right out of Urban Outfitters. Last year, it was taken on my Digital Rebel I'd had since I was sixteen years-old, on my bedding and room set-up I've had since I was 12, and I really just think I looked and acted younger altogether.

Over the last year, I've made so many changes in my life. I've grown up, come out of my shell, learned who my true friends were, gone places and met amazing people, gotten a new camera to take bigger steps forward into the photographic world, and even stripped my room of its childhood and decorated it a little bit more grown-up. I've lived.
